An unofficial Mii Editing Software. While it appears to be a modification of the fan game Wuhu Island Explorer at first, it seems to be its own project. Accessible on GitHub.
Inaccuracies

- Incorrect transform bounds on face elements
- Incorrect positioning of some faceline elements (beard texture)
- Inaccurate face item modulation, leading to some elements unable to be modulated (mouth textures, glass texture)
- Mask is not projected onto the correct model, instead on a flat plane
