A Mii render in Vee.

Vee (sometimes called VFL) is a Rust library created by User:Jo. It aims to be a from-scratch reimplementation of Cafe Face Library, while adding forward compatability for nn::mii. It can be accessed at https://github.com/j0lol/vee.
