The faceline of the face, highlighted in blue.

In Mii rendering, the faceline is part of the face. The faceline model is a curved model that represents the main 'body' of the face, and a texture is projected onto it. The faceline texture is composited of some or all of the contained textures below.

Model-texture modulation

When the finished texture is rendered onto the model, the Texture Direct strategy is used in Color Modulation.

Intermediate texture

The faceline of the face.
The faceline texture.

The textures are always composited as follows:

  1. Wrinkle
  2. Makeup
  3. Beard
